Support
Velarium is a small, hand-built app. If something isn't working or you're stuck, here are answers to the questions that come up most often.
Where is my data stored?
Everything you create — drawings, paintings, journal entries, music compositions, sleep playback history, goals — lives only on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or shared. Velarium has no servers.
Why isn't my keyboard appearing on the simulator/device?
If the on-screen keyboard doesn't appear when you tap a text field, the device may have hardware keyboard mode toggled on. On a real iPhone this normally isn't an issue; if you encounter it, restarting the app or device usually resolves it.
How do I improve the narration voice quality?
Open Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → English on your iPhone and download a Premium or Neural voice (e.g., "Ava Premium", "Zoe Premium"). Velarium will automatically use the best available voice the next time you start a guided meditation.
How do I delete my saved content?
Open the Gallery from the home screen, swipe left on any item, and tap Delete. To clear everything at once, go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Clear History. Resetting the app entirely (which also re-shows onboarding) is in the same section.
Will Velarium ever add cloud sync?
If it ever does, sync will be opt-in and the privacy policy shipped with that version will explicitly describe what's synced and where. The current privacy policy is accurate for the version of Velarium you have installed.

Privacy
Velarium does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data. Your drawings, paintings, journal entries, music compositions, sleep playback history, goals, and preferences live only on your device. There are no servers, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
The app does not make network requests in normal use. Daily reminders are delivered as local notifications by iOS. Sleep tape narration uses Apple's on-device speech synthesizer.
